Dell Inspiron 5559 Keyboard Driver
Hi All,
My old faithful laptop has some keys that are not working properly. The space bar, backspace, and the enter button are all not working. The rest of the keyboard works perfextly. I’ve browsed forums and tried the fixes: restart computer, uninstall keyboard driver, manually update the driver, start the laptop in safe mode. None of them work and the keys didn’t work in safe mode. I plugged in a USB keyboard and all the keys work.
Anybody got any other tips on stuff to try to fix the keyboard?
Much Appreciated!

I recently bought a Dell Inspiron 2-in-1 touchscreen laptop for college that was labeled as used on Best Buy's website since it was an opened box laptop. Within a week of receiving my laptop, I noticed that r's were randomly appearing as I typed. They sometimes won't even delete when I click backspace. I took my laptop to the Geek Squad a week ago and explained what was happening. They ran diagnostics and didn't find anything wrong. After 3 days of having my laptop back, it has begun to insert r's again, only this time it seems to be worse. I don't necessarily want to drive an hour again to take my laptop back to Best Buy since they couldn't figure out the problem the first time. So, does anybody have a clue what the problem might be? I start college the 18th and desperately need my laptop fixed by then. I don't want to take this one back since I don't have the money to buy a brand new one, considering I'm only 17 years old. Thank you to anybody that can help.
